We have an adult endocrinologist on staff to whom our paediatric patients can transition as they reach adulthood.
Type 1 Diabetes
Got a newly diagnosed patient? Call us now to discuss. We manage patients from diagnosis through to adulthood. We offer a 24 hour service with a paediatric endocrinologist always on call. We can arrange inpatient admission to private hospitals in Brisbane for stabilisation and diabetes education to make their introduction to their diabetes journey as smooth as possible.
Triage
Emergency appointments are available for instances such as newly diagnosed thyrotoxicosis. Call us to arrange an urgent review.
To expedite urgent reviews and reduce waiting times our experienced nurse practitioner can also see new patients in shared consultation with one of our endocrinologists.
